My name is Brant Phillips, and I’m an active real estate investor in the Houston area. I do rentals, partnerships, raise private money and of course I Flip Houses…

You see, when I started out real estate investing, I had no money (literally $0), a job working on dishmachines (please stop laughing, I’m being serious here ), and Zero experience in real estate!   As a matter of fact, we lived in an apartment, so I knew nothing about buying houses!

All I really had was a dream and a prayer combined with some cold hard determination to provide a better life for my family and create a life like I had seen others living…

And I wanted to take a lot of vacations!! Lol…

 

Fast forward just a few years later, and I own dozens of rental properties, flip houses like pancakes and because of the success I’ve had for myself and teaching others, I’m even being asked to go on Fox News these days…

Here are some of the bumps and bruises I went through in the beginning….

• BEING OVERWHELMED with all the different systems and courses out there
• Getting all motivated at the seminars, then coming home, and losing all motivation to the point where I would temporarily start LOSING HOPE and try to convince myself that working at a job that I didn’t like for the next 30 years was somehow a ‘good’ thing

• LISTENING TO BANKS TELL ME NO, that they wouldn’t lend money to me to buy deals (this was before I learned about using Private Money to flip houses)
• PHYSICALLY WORKING on rehabs myself…(I hate manual labor )
• BURNING GAS driving all over town looking for deals when I didn’t even know what a ‘deal’ was. This was before I learned how to bring all the deals to me. I haven’t had to ‘look’ for a deal in years and I’m now overloaded with deals. (I’ll show you how to generate Daily Deal Flow without leaving your house)
• MANUALLY FILLING OUT CONTRACTS AND FORMS. Paperwork is almost as terrifying as manual labor for me, no thanks, it makes my brain hurt! Just tell me where to sign and when I can get my money.
• And TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT HOUSES WERE ACTUALLY WORTH and what they would sell for when I had NO CLUE how to do it!  *This is one of the most important aspects of the Flipping game so it was a painful experience in the beginning.
